SUBSTANCE: proposed system that can be used for effective control of return communication line traffic implements method involving data transmission speed control for next data burst frame in return communication line to transfer return-line data burst frame from mobile station to base station over data burst return channel at data transmission speed chosen from plurality of data transfer speeds; in the process mobile station receives return-line control data for controlling transfer speed of data taken from return-line data burst frame and transfers next return-line data burst frame at transfer speed found from return-line control information.
EFFECT: enhanced throughput capacity of mobile communication system.
