SUBSTANCE: proposed method for evaluating data transfer speed for next packet data according to ACK/NACK information and transfer speed control information received from aggregate of base stations in mobile communication system includes transfer of return packet data to base station, and each of base stations transfers ACK/NACK information and transfer speed control information that functions as command flag for transfer speedup, transfer speed-down, or transfer speed holding to mobile station in response to return packet data. Mobile station evaluates packet data transfer speed basing on transfer speed control information received from plurality of base stations wherefrom there were excluded base stations transmitted data transfer speed control information used as flag of transfer speed holding command jointly with NACK information and transfers packet data at data transfer speed determined in this way.
EFFECT: ability of enhancing capacity and throughput of mobile communication system.
