FIELD: food engineering, in particular, technique for processing of bird's carcass evisceration products in poultry processing lines of poultry-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with cover and rotor formed as shaft with blades provided with bent portions directed to one side. Perforated openings or slots defined by longitudinal rods are provided in casing bottom. Apparatus has rubber fingers provided on cover and bent portions of shaft blades.
EFFECT: improved quality of poultry processing owing to increased number of collisions of product with cover and rotor constructional parts and due to creation of additional force enabling pressing of product to rotor bottom.
