SUBSTANCE: there is offered therapeutic agent for treatment of precancerous skin lesions chosen of the group including actinic keratosis, solar keratosis, Bowen's disease, actinic cheilitis or leukoplakia, characterised by that it represents the mixed polyphenols including 2-20 wt % of epicatechin, approximately 2-20 wt % of epicatechin gallate, approximately 1-25 wt % of epigallocatechin, approximately 40-75 wt % of epigallocatechin gallate, about 0.05-5 wt % of gallocatechin and/or approximately 0.5-20 wt % of gallocatechin gallate. Preferentially the agent represents the mixed polyphenols "Polyphenone 100" or "Polyphenone E". The agent can contain emulsion, gel, cream and/or ointment. Total disappearance of actinic keratosis manifestations after 12 weeks of treatment is shown.

EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness of the therapeutic agent.
