FIELD: chemical industry; methods of decontamination of the inner surface of the chemical ammunition from the residues of the organophosphorous poisonous substances.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the method of decontamination of the inner surface of the chemical ammunition from the residues of the organophosphorous poisonous substances, to the field of detoxication of chemical poisonous substances, elimination of the formations of the wastes. The pyrotechnic method of the degassing consists in combustion of the certain quantity of the pyrotechnic compound arranged inside the ammunition body. The charge of the pyrotechnic compound is disposed in the inner volume of the ammunition along its axis. After that the ammunition is installed in the fire-safe cabinet equipped with the system of trapping and purification of the effluent gasses. At that during combustion of the pyrotechnic compound in the inner space of the ammunition the high-temperature field is formed, under action of which the thermal destruction of the remaining quantities of the poisonous substances is exercised, as well as the burning of the shellac coating and decontamination of the inner surfaces of the ammunition. The technical result, which has been received at usage of the method consists in realization of the pyrotechnical method of the degassing resulting in the reduction of the power inputs, the decreased duration of the stage of the degassing, and also to the practically complete elimination of the organophosphorous poisonous substances.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of the pyrotechnical method of the degassing, the reduction of the power inputs, the decreased duration of the stage of the degassing, the practically complete elimination of the organophosphorous poisonous substances.
