FIELD: technique for producing of pulp, used in peat-processing, wood-working and pulp-and-paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mill has unbalancing vibrator, cylindrical milling chambers positioned within casing and provided with milling bodies. Casing is mounted on flexible supports. Shells are mounted on rockers positioned on flexible supports. Vibration mill is equipped with milling caniniform segments fixed on shells at an angle of 27-30 deg to their outer surface. Caniniform segments are made from metal or metal ceramics.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in grinding of peat while keeping its structure.
