FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of material grinding. A method for grinding materials in a centrifugal planetary mill is proposed, according to which the material to be crushed and grinding bodies are loaded into grinding chambers, which are installed in containers and set in planetary motion. At the same time, the angular velocity of containers around their own axes is set in a range, the value of which is regulated by calculated ratios for both the opposite and one-sided directions of rotation of the containers and drive, taking into account the design parameters of centrifugal mills, and in addition, grinding cups are set to radial oscillating movements, and the maximum value of the radial pulse is limited by the calculated ratio to determine the permissible circular oscillation frequency, taking into account the technological and design parameters of the mill.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of the powders obtained.
