FIELD: manufacture of low-carbon reinforcing members with improved physical-mechanical and operational properties.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cold drawing of blank for its further deformation by sign-variable bending in multi-plane roller apparatus at total deformation 14 -22% for forming on blank in finish multi-roller drawing die profile with several lengthwise rows of ribs inclined relative to axis of blank. Deformation realized by sign-variable bending without positive heating at elongation degree consisting of 1.03 - 1.1 in symmetry planes of blank section passing through rows of ribs (at least three folds of blank in each plane) at relation of working diameter of rollers to blank diameter in bent section 7 - 15.
EFFECT: improved strength and ductile properties of articles, possibility for accurate regulation of predetermined size of profile in final step of article production.
