FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: out of common low carbon steel there is melt steel containing components at following ratio wt %: carbon - 0.14-0.22, manganese - 0.40-1.10, silicon - 0.15-0.70, aluminium - 0.025-0.070, titanium -0.005-0.040, nitrogen - 0.015-0.030, iron and unavoidable impurities - the rest. At maintaining a condition - 0.29Ti+0.52Al≥N≥0.38Ti a work piece is rolled at temperature of rolled piece end 980-1050°C with production of rod. Further rod is cooled with water to average mass temperature 800-950°C. After that rod is reeled into coils and cooled in air to temperature of environment. Then rod is subject to cold shaping at ratio 12-30% and to simultaneous shaping a periodic profile. Cyclic treatment of finished product is performed by bending in one plane or in two mutually perpendicular planes with rollers of bending facilities ensuring from 1 to 5 bends of rod in plane at 10-20 ratio of diametre of rollers to diametre of finished rod; finally rod is reeled in coils.
EFFECT: facilitating highly predictable level of plastic and strength properties.
