METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF THE CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT MADE OUT OF THE FOAMED CONCRETE AND THE FORMWORK FOR THE METHOD REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B28B1/50 B28B7/08 

FIELD: construction materials industry; methods and the formworks for manufacture the construction products out of the foamed concrete.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to the methods of manufacture of the heat-insulating products and the constructional heat-insulating products, and also to the methods of production of the foamed concrete for the heat-and- sound insulating boards and the construction structures. The technical result of the invention is manufacture of the construction product with the heightened manufacturability and the improved heat-insulating properties allowing to upgrade the quality of manufacture of the foamed concrete products. The presented method of manufacture of the construction products out of the foamed concrete includes the operations of foaming of the foamed mortar mixture, the foamed concrete mortar mixture placement into the formwork, its aging till the mixture stiffening and its release from the formwork. At that they conduct laying of the foamed concrete mixture in the cavity of the formwork formed by the bottom, the lateral walls and the cover of the formwork at its cover removed at availability of the possibility of the mixture relocation inside the concavity without the faults of its air-tightness along the perimeter of conjugation of the cover and lateral walls. After the foamed concrete mixture placement the formwork cover is closing the cavity of the formwork and the formwork is overturned by 180° upside down. Conduct vibration molding of the mixture together with the formwork, and simultaneously sift the sliding cover out from the bottom of the formwork. At that the air penetrates through the air elutriation in the cover into the internal volume of the tightened up cavity of the formwork, which is enlarging up to the required size. Again overturn the formwork by 180° with its bottom downwards and the second time conduct vibration molding of the mixture together with the formwork. Conduct the aging of the mixture up to its stiffening and achievement of the sufficient strength of the mixture. Release the product from the formwork. The formwork for realization of the method of manufacture of the construction product made out of the foam mortar concrete contains the hermetically connected among themselves bottom and the lateral walls. The formwork is supplied with the manipulator to have the possibility of its overturning by 180° around of the horizontal axis of rotation, and also with the vibrator for possibility to exercise the vibration molding of the mixture and the cover. The cover hermetically abuts along the perimeter to the walls of the formwork and is separated by the through holes on the whole surface area. The cover has the capability of the rectilinear parallel- translational motion along the walls of the formwork by means of the gear made in the form of the pins affixed to the cover and passing through the holes in the crossbeam mounted on the butts of the formwork walls. The formwork may be supplied with the gear having the screw-type threading on the surface of the pins for usage of the screw gear for the power and synchronous relocation of the cover of the formwork. The formwork also may be supplied with the hydraulic drive gear in the form of the rod of the hydraulic cylinder combined with the pin connector of the cover of the formwork.

EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture of the construction product with the heightened manufacturability and the improved heat-insulating properties allowing to upgrade the quality of manufacture of the foamed concrete products.
