FIELD: building materials industry, more particularly manufacture non-autoclave cellular concrete both at factories and building sites. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing separately foam and cement solution. In order to prepare cement solution, additive which include part of alkali metal salt that remains after foam formation and salt of weak base and strong acid is introduced. Prior to being mixed with foam, final cement solution is maintained for some time, and after stirring operation, cellular concrete mix is formed. The latter comprises wt %: cement, 32-62; filler, 10-30; filler 0.12-0.60; alkali metal salt, 0.25-0.85; slat of weak base and strong acid, 0.70-1.70; and water, the balance. In order to prepared foam, 1/5-1/20 part of alkali metal salt is added. Cement solution is maintained for 25-80 minutes. Alkali metal salt includes alkali metal salt and sodium or potassium carbonate, and wear base and strong acid salt includes FeSO₄ and/or 8CaSO₄•0,5H₂O.
