FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, particularly, to production of gas concrete for heat-insulating structural bricks. In compliance with claimed process, gas concrete units are produced in mould with cover secured thereto. Said mould I composed of the frame with bottom steel sheet wherein gas concrete mix is filled. Grade M 400 produced by mixing of Portland cement, quartz sand with fineness modulus of up to 1.8, glass powder with specific surface of 3800-4000 cm2/g and aluminium powder of brand PAP-1 and water. Then, said mould is closed by cover made with square bore arranged at cover centre, its area making 35-40% of the mould top surface area. Mix is cured, cover top crust is cut out and evaporated. Stock mix comprises the following components in wt %: grade M 400 Portland cement 52.78-58.15, quartz sand with fineness modulus of up to 1.8 - 4.16-16.52, glass powder with specific surface of 3800-4000 cm2/g - 30.53-37.57, aluminium powder of brand PAP-1 - 0.089-0.12 and water to wall panel - 0.51-0.58.
EFFECT: simplified process, higher quality of finished products and strength.
