FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains cylindrical well with guides installed on bedplate of cylindrical design. Cylindrical cage is installed in guides for vertical travel. Cage is connected with counterweight. Device contains also load charge and discharge mechanism and control panel. Counterweight is installed in other well brought out of the limits of well with cage. Load charge and discharge mechanism contains slewing platform included into design of case and other slewing platform installed on zero floor relative to slewing platform of cage. Device is provided with turnable floor guards and system to preclude unauthorized control and penetration.
EFFECT: increased capacity of device, improved convenience in operation and provision of safety.
