FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: automated garage-parking lot represents automated elevator-parking lot in the form of 10-11-stored building which is made up of system of three rectangles with cargo elevator in central part with upper positioning of drive unit with counterweight and with stalls for storing cars. Aforesaid stalls are located in side parts. Loading and unloading of cars are performed automatically by computer operator. Garage-parking lot has cargo elevator of 3.2 t lifting capacity located in central part of building with upper positioning of drive unit, counterweight and cage. Also provided are carriages with fixed location at each stall of storey, mechanism for horizontal movement arranged in floor of elevator cage, elevator shaft curtain unit at first storey, and weighing device.
