FIELD: controlling of combustion mode in fire box of boiler, possibly in heat and power production plants.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of measuring signals related to fuel and air flow rates; introducing said signals to controller; during combustion process continuously measuring with use of pickups content of carbon oxide and oxygen, air pressure and fuel pressure. Controller forms on base of said measurement results together with preliminarily measured relation of flow rates of air and fuel control signal for fan. Pickups detecting content of carbon oxide and oxygen are arranged directly in gas tract of flue pipe of boiler unit. Then evacuation degree is measured in flue duct and taking it into account said signal is formed and it is fed to control unit in the form of frequency converter for gradually controlling exhaust fan and fan sustaining carbon oxide content in flue gases in quantity 0.1 - 0.2% and(or) oxygen quantity equal to zero.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of gas combustion in boiler at optimal flow rate of gas.
