FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grouting mortars used when eliminating faulty sealing of casing strings in gas and gas condensate wells complicated by the presence of rocks with tendency to hydraulic rupture as well as the presence of permafrost rocks in drill core. Light-weight grouting mortar of invention including grouting Portland cement (15.0-16.0%), light-weight material in the form of aluminosilicate microspheres (1.2-2.7%), expanding component, and tempering fluid further contains epoxy-polyurethane polymer "EPU-01-B" (45.0-47.0%) as isolating material and aliphatic amine mixture (5/4-5/5%) consisting of polyethylene-polyamine mixture and bottom С10-С14-amines as hardener, said expanding component being polyvinylchloride (18.0-18.5%) and trimethylchlorosilane (0.1%), and said tempering fluid being a latex (13.5-13.8%).
EFFECT: increased isolation capability at high strength, minimum spreadability, and optimum hardening time sufficient to perform transportation to destination site and to wash out excess amount thereof to the surface.
