SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing well and pipeline; linking cathodic protection to well and pipeline; arranging drainage unit at well site; arranging anode bed from both pipeline sides; performing test cathodic well protection switching-on; determining pipeline protection degree; determining longitudinal pipeline resistance, transition pipeline resistance, distance between pipeline and anode bed, cathodic station output voltage, cathodic station output power, summary electrode mass and number of electrodes in anodic bed and protective current value to provide necessary length of zone to be protected for total pipeline protection; operating well and pipeline with predetermined cathodic protection.

EFFECT: decreased power inputs of joint well and pipeline operation.
