SUBSTANCE: proposed controlled-angle broadband phase shifter that can be used in building broadband radio astronomy systems, broadband coherent wireless energy transfer systems, broadband radio communication and location systems and has broadband differential quadrature filter 1, two adjustable-gain proportional sections 2 and adder is characterized in that one of quadrature filter outputs is connected to input of first proportional section and other one, to input of second proportional section. These proportional sections provide for relevant variations in amplitude of signal quadrature components. Outputs of proportional sections 2 are connected to input of adder 3.
EFFECT: ability of circular phase shifting at actually all speeds and of phase conversion.
