SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring distance from posterior cornea boundary at point being 500 mcm far from scleral spur to the first ciliary process along perpendicular line. Then , lens thickness is measured along optical eye axis A by applying ultrasonic scanning method. Then, ratio of the first measured value to the second one is calculated. the value being less than 0.1, angular ciliolenticular and ciliovitreolenticular block occurrence is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
