FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ophthalmic surgery. By method of ultrasonic biomicroscopy measured are parametres of anterior eye segment: area of posterior chamber section is determined by radial cut, distance on perpendicular from point located on cornea endothelium in 500 mcm from scleral spur to anterior surface of iris is measured, then measured is distance on perpendicular from point located on cornea endothelium in 500 mcm from scleral spur to first visualised ciliary process, after that distance between crystalline lens equator and opposite ciliary process is measured. In case if, simultaneously, area of posterior chamber section by radial cut is within the interval from 0.61 mm2 to 0.84 mm2, distance on perpendicular from point located on cornea endothelium in 500 mcm from scleral spur to anterior surface of iris is within the interval from 0 to 0.09 mm, distance on perpendicular from point located on cornea endothelium in 500 mcm from scleral spur to first visualised ciliary process is within the interval from 0.30 mm to 0.45 mm, and distance between crystalline lens equator and opposite ciliary process is within the interval from 0 to 0.33 mm, presence of ciliary block is diagnosed; and if, simultaneously, area of posterior chamber section by radial cut is within the interval from 1.19 mm2 to 1.53 mm2, distance on perpendicular from point located on cornea endothelium in 500 mcm from scleral spur to anterior surface of iris equals 0, distance on perpendicular from point located on cornea endothelium in 500 mcm from scleral spur to first visualised ciliary process is within the interval from 0.47 mm to 0.63 mm, and distance between crystalline lens equator and opposite ciliary process is within the interval from 0.48 mm to 0.66 mm, then presence of relative papillary block is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of differential diagnostics of relative papillary block, and ciliary block in people of mongoloid race with primary closed-angle glaucoma.
