FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of ophthalmic surgery. By method of ultrasonic biomicroscopy measured is distance on perpendicular from line going on posterior iris surface in 2.5 mm from scleral spur to anterior surface of crystalline lens capsule, after that form of posterior chamber section is determined by radial cut of ultrasonic biomicroscopy, going through ciliary body, then distance between equator zone of crystalline lens and ciliary body processes is measured. In case if, simultaneously, distance on perpendicular from line going on posterior iris surface in 2.5 mm from scleral spur to anterior surface of crystalline lens capsule, lies within the interval from 0.38 mm and less, and posterior chamber section represents curvilinear triangular figure, two sides of which are formed by posterior iris surface and anterior surface of crystalline lens capsule, are convex toward anterior chamber and form between them acute angle, and third side of curvilinear triangular figure repeats the form of ciliary processes, and distance between crystalline lens equator and ciliary body processes lies within the interval from 0 to 0.31 mm, anterior chamber angle block, induced by crystalline lens is diagnosed in people of mongoloid race with primary closed-angle glaucoma.
EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of early diagnostics of anterior chamber angle block, induced by crystalline lens in people of mongoloid race with primary closed-angle glaucoma.
