FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should lift a revascularized skin-fascial-osseous flap from flexing surface of forearm with the fragment of radius to place the flap into the area of combined defect of frontal maxillary department. Then it is necessary to fix osseous part of the flap towards maxillary fragments. One should place average part of skin-fascial area of the flap being transverse against the bone onto the fragment of radius. One should remove the defects of hard plate, oral vestibule and the upper lip with distal departments of skin-fascial area of the flap. The innovation enables to reconstruct anthropometric characteristics of oral vestibule.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
