FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: form the dermal-fascial-osteal fibular flap having a dermal-fascial-osteal platform. Deepidermise the central department of the dermal-fascial-osteal platform. Place a top nonepidermised part of the dermal-fascial-osteal platform in area of tissues of a mouth cavity, attaching it to the mucosa rests. Pull the deepidermised part of the dermal-fascial flap platform under the kept tissues of mental area over the generated frontal department of a mandible. Deduce outside the bottom non-deepidermised part of the dermal-fascial platform of the flap and fix it to a skin.
EFFECT: allows to replace through defects of the big extent, to provide reliable blood supply of the flap.
