FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: on distal ends of low jaw fragments receiving beds for transplant are formed by removal of cortical layer from both sides of bone with dissection of bone marrow substance on distal ends of bone part on 1-3 cm and on depth equal to thickness of low jaw fragments. Formed transplant is transferred into prepared receiving bed, with fixation in the manner of "locking device" of bone part of transplant to remaining low jaw fragments.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain reliable fixation due to creation of conditions of bone fragments immobility, eliminate necessity of additional jaw immobilisation, accelerate osteosynthesis.
