SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, to maxillofacial surgery and is designed to eliminate complex combined defects of the upper jaw and the bottom wall of the orbit, restoration of bottom wall of the orbit, with the possibility of further dental implantation. Produce an osteotomy of the iliac crest in the distal direction, so that the internal cortical plastic of the iliac crest in the caudal direction is longer by 2–2.5 cm from the resected margin of the outer cortical plate of the ilium. Cross the vascular pedicle. Resulting fragment of 2–2.5 cm in length of the inner cortical plate is bent at an angle of 90 degrees. Autograft is transferred and located in the area of the defect of the upper jaw with the subsequent fixation of the bone fragment in the position of the alveolar process. EFFECT: method provides a one-stage elimination of complex combined defects of the upper jaw and the bottom wall of the orbit that resulted from resection of tumor formations with the possibility of further dental implantation into this area.
