SUBSTANCE: the suggested substance for compensating osseous defects contains hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, collagen and, also, additionally it contains collagen-free proteins of bony tissue; components should be taken at a certain content/100 g dry matter. This substance should be obtained due to affecting bony tissue, drying and sterilizing, moreover, one should fulfill demineralization of bony tissue with hydrochloric acid followed by neutralizing the solution obtained with alkali, then comes alkalization of the suspension obtained with calcium oxide at pH value being 11.0-12.0, washing the residue with water up to neutral reaction, then one should perform lyophilized drying and sterilization to mobilize peptide growth factors. The obtained substance is of considerably marked properties to initiate osteogenesis, for it contains growth factors of bony tissue.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of compensation.
