FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to materials used for replacement of defects within flat and tubular bones being irregular shaped or formed as cavities closed or having an outlet of relative small diametre (fistula, root canal of tooth, etc.). There is disclosed gel for bone tissue repair, containing gelatinous polyethylene glycol, distilled water and calcium phosphate compound taken in ratio as follows in 100 g of the composition: polyethylene glycol - 20-40 g, calcium phosphate compound - 10-50 g, distilled water - the rest. There is also disclosed gel for bone tissue repair, containing gelatinous polyethylene glycol, distilled water, calcium phosphate compound and composed noncollagenic proteins of bone tissue stimulating osteogenesis taken in ratio as follows in 100 g of the composition: polyethylene glycol - 20-50 g, calcium phosphate compound - 10-50 g, composed noncollagenic proteins of bone tissue stimulating osteogenesis - 0.001-0.005, distilled water - the rest. There is also disclosed gel for bone tissue repair, containing gelatinous polyethylene glycol, distilled water, calcium phosphate compound, steroid and nonsteroid antiinflammatory agents and zinc oxide taken in ratio as follows in 100 g of the composition: polyethylene glycol - 20-40 g, calcium phosphate compound - 10-50 g, antiinflammatory agents - 0.01-0.1 g, zinc oxide - 10-60 g, distilled water - the rest. Said calcium phosphate compound contains hydroxyapatite and/or tribasic calcium phosphate and/or carbonate apatite and/or fluorohydroxyapatite; the calcium phosphate compound is powdered and/or granulated; the powdered calcium phosphate compound is characterised with particle size 20-1000 nm; additionally, gel for bone tissue repair contains antioxidants and/or antibiotics and/or antimicrobial substances.

EFFECT: production of osteoplastic material of high osteoinductive properties and consistence, supplied in bone defect by closed method.
