SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medicine and describes method of obtaining biomaterial for compensation of bone defects, which includes mechanical purification of bones from paraosseal soft tissues, where, organic components of bone are removed by means of 6% solution of sodium hypochlorate during 6-8 days, milled in china mortar until grain size has diameter 50 -100 mcm, washed in distilled water and 96% ethanol and dried at room temperature during a day.

EFFECT: obtained biomaterial is characterised by roughness, nano-structuredness and has ordered highly porous structure with pore size 50-150 mcm, close to natural structure of mineral matrix of bone tissue.
