FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for elimination of bone defects. Above bone defect fixed is bioengineered construction which represents hybrid implant in form of porous membrane from polytetrafluorethylene with multifunctional, biocompatible, non-resorbable coating (MBNC), alloyed with elements M - Ca - P-C - O - N, or M - Ca - C - O - N, where M metal, selected from series, including Ti, Zr, Hf, Mb, Ta, on whose surface autogenic or allogenic stromal cells, isolated from adipose tissue or bone marrow are cultivated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to form full regenerate, provide possibility of replacement of vast bone defects.
