SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises mixing units (104) and (106) mounted inside casing (114). The sides of mixing units (104) and (106) that face each other are provided with alternating projections (27) and (28) to define concentric circles. Mixing units (104) and (106) are defined by pairs of disks (34), (36), (44), and (46) whose outer sides are provided with groups of projections (27) and (28). The passages for liquid (39) and (49) are made between disks (34), (36), (44), and (46). The inlet passages for liquid (37) and (47) are made between disks (34) and (44) and casing (114). The inner side of disks (36) and (46) are provided with passages for discharging liquid (35) and (45).
