FIELD: domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: oven incorporates dual-function heater used for roasting and convection heating of food. Oven has case with food cooking chamber and rear panel that forms cooking chamber and is provided with many through ports; microwave oscillator for producing and radiating microwave energy supplied to cooking chamber; heater unit with heater mounted for rotation between horizontal position in upper part of cooking chamber and vertical position against rear panel; heater drive motor; convective fan assembly mounted behind rear panel and used to pass convective air flow through cooking chamber ports; insulating part designed to prevent direct transmission of heater radiant energy to food product in cooking chamber.
