FIELD: grinding engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disk crusher comprises driving and passive disks mounted eccentrically one with respect to the other. The disintegrating surface of the disks is made of the inner, intermediate, and outer rifle belts. The intermediate and outer belts lie in the plane parallel to the diametrical axes of the disk. The inner belt lies in the same plane and is inclined to the intermediate and outer disks at the angle γ. The milling surface of the disks is additionally provided with the grooves arranged symmetrically one with respect to the other. The width of the base of the groove H and the depth of the groove h0 are constant along the groove. The length of the grooves corresponds to the minimum radius of the intermediate belt that is the same for passive and driving disks. The bottom of the grooves in the passive and driving disks along the length of the inner belt is parallel to the diametrical axes of the disks. The cross-sections of the grooves in the plane perpendicular to their length are shaped into a rectangular. The depth of the grooves in the passive and driving disk along the section from the beginning of the intermediate belt to the end of the grove varies from h0 to 0. The cross-sections of the grooves in the passive disk in the plane perpendicular to its length are shaped into a rectangular. The cross-sections of the grooves in the driving disk in the plane perpendicular to their length are shaped into the rectangular trapezium. The front side in the direction of rotation is radial and equal to the height of the trapezium (depth of the groove). The bottom base is equal to the width of the groove H. The back trapezium side in the direction of rotation is inclined to the base at the angle χ = 180 - α, where χ = arctg((ω2H-g-gf)/(ω2Hf+g-gf), ω is the angular velocity of rotation of the driving disk rad/s, H is the groove width, m, g is the acceleration of gravity, m/s2, and f is the sliding friction coefficient.
