FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mill comprises driving and passive disks fitted eccentrically relative to each other. With their milling surface consisting of inner, outer and central belts with flutes. Central and outer belts are arranged in one plane, parallel to disk center lines while inner belt is located in plane arranged at angle to aforesaid said belts. Milling surface of disks is provided with channels of constant-diameter making at least the size of milled cereal grains. Length of said channels varies parallel with disks center lines. Channel start has outlet to inner belt surface to make grooves with maximum width at slot start equal to channel diameter d and length l equal to where d is channel diameter; γ is inclination angle of inner belt flutes to flute center lines, flutes having smaller width in inner belt. Side most remote from disk center is made at angle β channel bottom defined from expression where r is current radius, m; ω is disk angular rotational speed, rad/s; f is sliding friction factor; g is free fall acceleration, m/s2. Total length of openings on driving and passive disk milling surface in radial direction makes two widths of central belt.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality, longer life.
