FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly, to soya bean grinders. Proposed grinder is composed of fixed abrasive disc with appliance for sieve cleaning and branch pipe to feed initial material communicated with loading bin, and moving abrasive disc. Disc surfaces are shaped to truncated cones arranged to mate. Moving disc lateral sides are provided with through channels to discharge liquid phase. Said channels are furnished with sieve with mesh dimension to ensure required separation. Curved grooves to facilitate discharge of okara are made on moving disc top edge. Curved radial channels are made in moving disc bottom with width and depth at inlet equal to bean maximum diameter and, at outlet, equal to required of grinding modulus. Aforesaid fixed disc is composed cover arranged to ensure required clearance between bottom and moving disc sides fitted on casing used as milk collector.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, power savings, expanded performances.
