FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for grinding materials and in particular for grinding grain. The mill comprises a body with the loading bunker, two rotating disks are installed inside the body mounted in cantilever fashion on the drive shafts with the ability to move through the slots, and the fluctuating tool body placed between them established with the ability to change the eccentricity with regard to the disks. Grinding surface of each disc and the fluctuating tool body consists of inner, middle and outer zones with flute, middle and outer zones are made in one plane parallel to diametrical axes of the disks, and an inner zone is in a plane at an angle to them. Both disks that have the opposite direction of rotation are mounted inside the body symmetrically with respect to each other and grooved grinding surface of the fluctuating tool body, at that conical holes are made between the flutes of the discs on the area of the middle and outer zones, their axes are perpendicular to the radius of the disk and are deflected from the grinding surface of the disk on the friction angle in the direction opposite to the direction of the disk rotation. The fluctuating tool body, made in the form of a plate, is connected to the body with balancing springs and has symmetrically placed grooved grinding surfaces on the opposite sidewalls of the plate opposite the grooved grinding surface of rotating disks and is equipped with the loading channels connecting the loading hopper with the inner zones of the grooved grinding surface on each side of the fluctuating plate.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase productivity of the mill and reduce energy consumption.
