FIELD: optical shadow devices for analyzing shadow pattern.

SUBSTANCE: in shadow device in plane of image of the middle of subject volume, where subject sample is located, silicon charge connection matrix is installed, on the surface of which distribution of electric charge appropriate for the image is created. Accumulated charge is transferred to reading register, after that element-wise output of output signal is performed. Command block controls operation of charge connection matrix, while amplification and processing of the signal is performed in analog-digital converter, data flow from which is received in the block for synchronization and processing of digital signal, after that signal is inputted into a personal computer. Control over movement of knife in shadow device is realized by means of an engine through a reducer controlled either from computer or directly from shadow device.

EFFECT: expanded operational capabilities of shadow device.
