SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes potato cutting and blanching; carrot blanching and chopping; fresh white cabbage and onion shredding and freezing; fresh green pea freezing; porky lights and heart cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
