SUBSTANCE: Spherical hinge of endoprosthesis has cup. There is insertion in the cup, cup has internal spherical surface to match spherical head with foot disposed in surface. Grooves, creating regular relief, are made onto spherical surface of head in working area of surfaces to be brought into coincidence at some distance one from other. Grooves have spherical profiles. S/(S-d) relation belongs to 1,07-7,0 range, where S is distance between grooves, d is size of spherical shape of grooves' profile on surface.

EFFECT: prolonged service life.
