FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis of hip joint head has artificial cotyloid cavity, ball with skirt and socket for endoprosthesis limb, accumulator of lubricating fluid and channels for its transportation. Ball lower part, on the side of skirt, has collector of lubricating fluid from which passing channels are made to accumulator cavity. Passing channels have expanded inlet parts at collector. Discharging channels are provided from accumulator of lubricating fluid through ball body to ball spherical surface. Discharging channels have inlet funnels on the side of lubricating fluid accumulator. Internal spherical surface of artificial cotyloid cavity is provided with cylindrical collar. EFFECT: higher reliability of uniform lubrication of friction spherical surfaces of artificial head and cotyloid cavity of hip joint. 2 cl, 6 dwg
