FIELD: process for forming of profiled elastic laminated articles suitable for forming of profiled elastic tabs.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding endless tape of at least one elastic web and endless tape of first extensible non-elastic web, said extensible web being extensible in at least width direction; joining at least one web of elastic material and extensible non-elastic web for forming of first laminated article; cutting first laminated article into at least two adjacent tapes from at least two grouped profiled laminated articles. Each of grouped profiled laminated articles has at least one profiled edge. Adjacent profiled edges of adjacent profiled laminated articles are essentially mirror reflections of each other.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and intensified assembling of absorbing articles.
