SUBSTANCE: invention refers to disposable absorbent panty-like products used in incontinence, and can be used in child, patient, invalid care. A method for making absorbent panty-like products where each product (21) contains a base structure containing at least one elastic section and an in-built absorbent core component (32). Herewith, the method involves a continuous process of forming a panty containing stages of forming the base structure and embedding the absorbent core component (32) in the base structure. At least one elastic section is formed by a) making separately a two-layer laminated material (8) containing a first non-elastic fibrous non-woven cloth (1) and an elastic film (6); b) activating the two-layer laminated material (8) by step-by-step extension in at least one direction to make the two-layer laminated material (8) elastically extensible; c) extension of the activated two-layer laminated material (8) by 35-200 % in at least one direction; d) introducing the two-layer laminated material (24, 25) in process of forming the panty; e) laminating the elastic film (6) of the extended two-layer laminated material (24, 25) along the elastic or non-woven base component (39, 40, 23, 54). The inventive subject matter is also an absorbent panty-like product made according to the method.
EFFECT: development of a simple and economic method for making the elastically extensible panty-like product exhibiting higher tensile strength and pricking resistance.
