SUBSTANCE: material consists of elastic layer, with first and second base surfaces, and elastic non-woven linen with off-axis perforations, joined to the first surface. The perforation zones, separated by zones of non-perforated material, are located at different off-axis angles, so as to provide for the preferred direction of stretching and shortening of the multi-layer material.

EFFECT: efficient for use as bands for the waist of one-time use underwear items.
