SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygiene. Method includes following stages: ensuring elastic cloth of material (2) replaced in direction of transportation; - application of binding agent (6) in form of preliminary established binding agent pattern on cloth of material (2); arrangement of continuous elastic element (4) in pattern onto binding agent (6), in such way that elastic element (4) is arranged in direction of stretching, different from direction of transportation at least within limits of regions of elastic element (4); arrangement of inelastic cloth of material (3) over elastic cloth of material (2); with inelastic cloth of material covering binding agent pattern (6), by means of which elastic element (4) is fixed between elastic cloth of material (2) and inelastic cloth of material (3) in position of arrangement onto binding agent pattern. Inelastic cloth of material is given form of ribbon with first curved edge (8) and second curved edge (9), with this, form of inelastic cloth of material (3) is, in fact, matched with pattern form of binding agent (6).
EFFECT: ensuring minimal negative impact on resilient properties of elastic cloth of material.
