FIELD: biochemistry, in particular detection of sequences of nucleic acid or analog thereof.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is method for construction of nucleic acid quadruplex from two Watson-Creak duplex. Obtained nucleic acid quadruplex is stabilized with base bonding according to Watson-Creak rules or rules of base homological bonding. To detect target double-strand nucleic acid or nucleic acid analog having target sequence nucleic acid quadruplex formed by double-strand probe and target double-strand nucleic acid or target sequence of double-strand nucleic acid analog in presence of fluorophore is obtained and emitted fluorescence intensity is analyzed.
EFFECT: effective analysis of sequences of nucleic acids or analog thereof.
