FIELD: mining, particularly to protect development entries against rock pressure.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming rubble chock; caving overhanging cantilever member with the use of blast-hole charge, namely without blasting thereof. distance between blast-holes is determined from analytic formula with taking into consideration thickness of non-explosive agent to be used, blast-hole diameter, compression and tensile roof rock strength.
EFFECT: increased stability of support and marginal massif during continuous breakage and development faces operation.
