FIELD: mechanical engineering; combustion ignition engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has cylinder and cylinder head, piston and crankshaft inter connected by connecting rod, insert with ports on side surface and spring. According to invention, insert is arranged in cup which, in its turn, is arranged in cylinder head and is connected with head by threaded joint. Delivery of fuel is provided through nozzle into upper part of cylinder head cup.
EFFECT: improved filling of inner space of insert with working mixture of required quality, provision of accurate adjustment of ignition moment of working mixture, simplified design.
