FIELD: medical technics. SUBSTANCE: patient's table contains deck installed on frame for reciprocation relative to frame by aid of deck actuating mechanism. Frame is fit to vertical displacement by aid of vertical displacement actuating mechanism mounted in casing, which sways relative to basement. Fixation rod for adapting with tomograph is disposed on frame end for longitudinal displacement relative to frame by aid of actuating mechanism. Actuating mechanisms are controlled with control unit. Vertical displacement mechanism is kinematically coupled with fixation rod actuating mechanism by means of dog whose drive part is made in the form of gear with finger on its end mounted on bushing placed on shaft for displacement, whereas driven dog part is made in the form of disk with cut. The disk is mounted on shaft and is spring-loaded with a plank partially overlapping the cut. Non-overlapped part of cut is equal to finger diameter. Fixation rod is provided with a bar rigidly attached to it by the aid of at least one immovable dent and two movable dents disposed in different engagement surfaces, and a rack gear located on shaft and having at least two dents engaging with immovable bar dent and two cams disposed on the shaft, each of them interacting with one of movable bar dents. Vertical displacement mechanism is made in the form of screw pair with at least two starts, wherein screw tapes of the screw are made with taper lead. Actuating mechanism is made of nonmagnetic materials in the form of a bar secured on deck and two gears installed on vertical pivoting shaft. One gear interacts with bar, the other, through intermediate gear pair, with gear placed on horizontal shaft. Rotatory cam is installed on frame on shaft and is rigidly joined with vertical pivoting shaft. Horizontal shaft is connected with electromotor. Manual cut-off arm interacts with rotatory cam through slide mounted on frame. EFFECT: improved operation condition and reduced distortions of tomograms. 3 cl, 4 dwg
