SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the ways and the composition for mouth cavity care for local oral introduction in human beings or any anima that contains: a) retaining agent from about 1% up to about 4% against the composition weight chosen out of the group consisting of water-soluble hydrophilic resins, water-soluble hydrophilic polymers and their mixtures, moreover, the above-mentioned retaining agent is of hydration property under water or saliva impact that leads to the formation of healthy hydrated mass to provide retaining coefficient ranged about 1-4; and b) safe and efficient quantity of local carrier on mouth cavity care; moreover, the composition in question is being a noncariesogenic solid chewing form of single dosage; and composition contains below 65% against the weight of water-insoluble particles. The present innovation further refers to the composition of tooth paste that contains: a) retaining agent out of water-insoluble particles ranged about 30%-65% against the composition weight, moreover, the solubility of retaining agent in water corresponds to below 1 g/30 g at 25°C; b) safe and efficient quantity of active agent on mouth cavity care; c) safe and efficient quantity of surface-active substance; d) safe and efficient quantity of buffer agent; moreover, the composition is being a chewing purifying solid form of single dosage, non frothy, noncariesogenic; and composition has got retaining coefficient ranged about 1-4.
