SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to methods of reducing dental caries in mammals, which includes introduction into oral cavity chewing gum product, which contains gummy base in amount from 5 to 95% of product weight, sweetener in amount from 0.001 to 90% and casein calcium phosphopeptide-phosphate (CPP-ACP) in amount, at least, 3% of product weight, product chewing three times per day during 10 minutes per session.
EFFECT: invention ensures retardation of development and enhancement of caries affection regression in mammals, in particular in people.
