SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The confectionary composition contains a confectionary medium, at least one sweetener, caseic phosphopeptide-calcium phosphate and at least one food acid.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure high degree of tooth enamel remineralisation and teeth acidoresistance in comparison with a confectionary composition containing a sweetener and an equivalent quantity of food acid but no caseic-phosphopeptide of calcium phosphate.
